Dr. Sina Taghavikish is a Project Manager for international research and development projects in OGC. He previously had ten years of professional experience as a developer and later as an R&D manager in smart vehicles, the Internet of Things, underground mining, and indoor routing.
Dr. Taghavikish is a professional engineer with over 15 years of work experience in both research and industry. He has extensive experience with nearly all geomatics mapping aspects, including Remote Sensing, GIS, Geodesy, and photogrammetry. He received his Ph.D. in Geomatics from the University of Calgary and has been the first in his class at his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Tehran.
