About Me:
Rosie Chen is responsible for Member Success and Development at the Open Geospatial Consortium. She directly supports the full membership lifecycle, including onboarding, responding to requests, checking in with members, facilitating connections between representatives, and assisting with member-facing meetings and events. She holds a Bachelor of Land Management from Feng Chia University in Taichung, Taiwan, and is pursuing her Master of Business Administration in Global Business from Université Laval in Québec, Canada. With over six years of experience in the geospatial, health, and energy sectors, she has previously worked at GIS Research Center, Feng Chia University on OGC initiatives and extensively collaborated with members of the OGC community, particularly in disaster mitigation and management.
