About Me:
Rob is responsible for establishing and implementing best practices for OGC publication of semantic resources and manages OGC RAINBOW on behalf of the OGC Naming Authority. Rob holds a MSc(Hons) by Research in Computing Science from Wollongong University and has worked in academia, heavy industry, NGOs, consulting to government and the private sector startups implementing distributed systems. Rob was a co-author on WMS 1.0, initial leader of the Observations and Measurements development and has been engaged with the leading edge of OGC and W3C interoperability initiatives since 1998.
