Judy Schumacher is OGC’s Member Services Coordinator. She is responsible for member communication and support through enhancing the membership experience. She manages the processes for regularly identifying member needs including member feedback on programs and services.
Judy has professional experience in customer service in varied industries including education, retail, high-tech, non-profit and marketing and promotions. Before joining the OGC team in the Fall of 2019, Judy worked as an elementary school librarian, founded a membership based non-profit, was a business development manager and a sales liaison in a high-tech organization.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Business Administration and has received numerous honors for her teaching, customer service and relationship building skills.
